• A strong foundation to provide impeccable service •
Alaska Real Estate License – 20 hours of pre-license real estate courses including Alaska Law, Alaska Real Estate Practices, Finance, Alaska Contracts and License Law. Continuing education includes a minimum of 20 hours every two years.
Ninja Selling I&II – Formulating investment plans to help customers achieve financial independence, understanding the importance of excellent client communication, and using time productively to achieve results.
CRS 200: Business Planning and Marketing – The fundamentals in creating and executing business and marketing plans.
CRS 201: Listing Course – Mastering skills to price a home to sell, market and promote homes effectively, and guide clients through the selling process. Focused on leveraging current market trends to produce results.
CRS 202: Sales Strategies – Skills to help buyers make their sales quick and efficient. Focus on how to counsel buyers in regards to determining their needs and in creating a contract that is in their best interest. Effective strategies in negotiation and salesmanship for successful offer presentation and counter-offer negotiations.
CRS 204: Wealth Building – Tools to identify smart real estate investments; course material emphasized how to assist clients compare potential investment opportunities and calculate initial investment rate of return.
CRS 210: Building an Exceptional Customer Service Referral Business – Building a real estate career around exceptional service. Techniques to meet and exceed the expectation of today’s consumer.
ABR: Benchmark of Excellence in Buyer Representation – Beyond the basics, an intense course focused on obligations an agent has to their buyer (agency), delivering excellent customer service, negotiating and risk management.
GRI: Graduate REALTOR® Institute – Over 90 hours of specialized real estate courses including advanced marketing, servicing listed properties, and real estate law. GRI courses are designed to build on the basics required by the state, and better prepare agents to protect their clients.
CRS:Certified Residential Specialist-Considered the "master's degree of residential real estate." Every CRS mus have a proven track record in the business, as well as additional education courses in finance, technology, marketing and other real estate-related subjects. This designation is presented by the Residential Sales Council.
